Pre-Trading Rituals:

  1. Quiet time - 10 mins. 
  2. Start OBS and livestream.

Trading Rules:

  1. No zone. No trade.
  2. SL is clearly defined (i.e., when the trade is invalid) before entering a trade. 
  3. Stop Trading for the day if: Loss = $1800 (40% of Loss Limit) or Profit = $4500

Daily Habits:

  1. Daily personal (Kindle) & trading journal (on flowsystems.pro)
  2. Physical exercise - (at least 50 push-ups)
  3. Meditation practice - Daily SKY

End of the Day:

Was this a GREEN DAY or a RED DAY? 

The $ does not make it RED or GREEN. Breaking the contract or respecting the contract makes it RED or GREEN. 

What did I not follow today?

  1. I did not make the stream 1% + 1% better during the weekend. 

Lessons Learned:

  1. It is important to manage my risk and remain a player in the game. 

What went well? 

  1. I am very pleased that I am doing the small things that I say I will do. 50 push-ups. No trading in the office (I did not even login today).

Plan for tomorrow

  1. Work on a proper FlowSystems.Pro strategy on naming, branding, content creation.
