9-Apr-2025 | My Daily Contract with Myself & Lessons for the Day

Pre-Trading Rituals:

  1. Guru invocation.
  2. Start OBS.

Trading Rules:

  1. No zone. No trade
  2. SL is clearly defined before entering a trade and once set, it does not move. 
  3. Stop Trading for the day if: Loss = $1800 (40% of Loss Limit) or Profit = $4500

Daily Habits:

  1. Daily personal (Kindle) & trading journal (on flowsystems.pro)
  2. Physical exercise - (at least 50 push-ups)
  3. Meditation practice - Daily SKY

End of the Day:

Was this a GREEN DAY or a RED DAY? 

The $ does not make it RED or GREEN. Breaking the contract or respecting the contract makes it RED or GREEN. 

What did I not follow today?

  1. All my losses and liquidations were when I was not recording. When I was not talking to myself and my son explaining the rationale and price.

Lessons Learned:

  1. Non-negotiable - All trades to be live streamed. The YT setup is complete and will be ready tomorrow.

What went well? 

  1. Emotionally, I was still okay.

Plan for tomorrow

  1. Livestream all trades tomorrow and be strict with pre-trading routine and rituals.
